Qualification and Experience for project Officer: |
- MBA/BBA/Masters in Social Science or relevant subject.
- At least 3-5 years experience in the field of community-based maternal, newborn, child health and family planning.
- Willing to work in remote hard to reach haor areas of Sunamganj district.
- Proven experiences in working with Upazila and below level health & FP managers, supervisors and providers.
- Sound Knowledge on social entrepreneurship concept and experience in developing private health entrepreneur at the community level will be highly desirable.
- Experience in facilitating different capacity building activities for the MOHFW, Local Government and other community gate keepers.
- Proven experience in working with Union Parishad and Upazila Parishad will be add value
- Capacity to facilitate different community analysis, facilitating community support mechanism, stakeholder participation in health service and mobilizing GoB resources and support will be preferred.

| Qualifications and Experience for Field Facilitator: |
- Masters/Bachelor in any discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience, preferences will be given who directly work for Health project.
- Able to coordinate with appropriate stakeholders.
- Should have good communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla.
- Proven skills on facilitating community led process and establishing sustainable community groups.
- Ability to conduct and facilitate training.
- Computer skills on MS word, Excel, Power point.
- Good skills in planning, organizing and monitoring his/her work.
- Motor Cycle driving with permanent valid driving license is mandatory.
