Job Description / Responsibility
- Survey Market to explore a business opportunity
- Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability, and collection
- Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
- Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders
- Analyze the creditworthiness of the potential borrower
Educational Requirements
- Post Graduate from any UGC approved university preferably in business, economics or science, finance, statistics, accounting with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations
Job Requirements
- Having experience in sales will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
- Ability to source new business through own initiative
- Must have the mindset to work outside Dhaka and in rural areas as well
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill
